FETISCH&ME, the PRODUCTIONTEAM behind TERRANOVA and more recently the LOTTERBOYS / GIRLS, are back with another pumping DOUBLE A 12″ Diskotecktonik / Black Palms on Gigolo Records. FETISCH is, of course, no stranger to Gigolo Records being largely responsible for the Allergy EP by “The Cosmonauts Of Innerspace (feat. Ari Up/The Slits - Gigolo123)”. FETISCH&ME have also released on labels such as R&S, Eskimo, TNT, Island Records and !k7 to name just a few. The Diskotecktonik / Black Palms 12″ is a real treat if you’re in the mood for some pumping old-school action A gong chimes the start of title track Diskotecktonik and straight away this massive tune launches into a kicking beat and funky bass groove. FETISCH’s most recent hit collaboration is with fellow Gigolo PRINCESS SUPERSTAR on their LOTTERGIRLS project. The LOTTERGIRLS album Right On, which includes guest appearances by AMANDA LEAR and PARIS THE BLACK FU came out to much media acclaim in 2007 and also won a great deal of attention from DJs the world over. Like FETISCH, PRINCESS SUPERSTAR is well down with HELL’s band of International Deejay Gigolos, indeed she released her special 10 years Gigolo anniversary DJ mix American Gigolo 3 (Gigolo206) in January 2007. Like Diskotecktonik, flip-side track Black Palms has plenty of old-school grind. Both these tunes are sure to work well on the dance floor of any club.
